Throughout her career, Meghan has led HR operations across a wide range of industries, with expertise spanning multi-state compliance, payroll administration, employee relations, benefits strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, and workforce planning. She previously served as Vice President of Human Resources for a rapidly growing digital marketing agency, where she worked closely with executive leadership to scale operations, improve employee engagement, and implement strategic HR initiatives to support long-term business growth.
Meghan is known for her hands-on, solutions-driven approach and her ability to balance compliance with culture.
